But how does a bird of this size, a species that was never here historically, cope with finding food in deep winter snow and cold, compete with native bird species and evade potential new predators? Well, Wild Turkeys are doing just that, and quite successfully. Our Wild Turkeys now number in the thousands. This talk will explain how they do it.
