L’édition 2021 de ce programme permettra à chacun des dix artistes professionnels sélectionnés de passer cinq jours dans des parcs provinciaux et des sites touristiques pendant l’été. Ces résidences permettront aux artistes de développer leur pratique et de s’engager avec le public dans un cadre naturel pendant la réalité difficile de la COVID-19.

Anastasia will take you through the “science” of policymaking by providing an overview of the Canadian policy framework, including how policy gets created within the three branches of government. Anastasia will also dive into the “art” of policymaking through stories based on her own experiences and observations in advocating for improved and enhanced environmental protections.

Watch for Wildlife is a wildlife-vehicle collision prevention program of Sierra Club Canada's Atlantic Chapter. Their focus is on outreach in order to educate Atlantic Canadians on methods to prevent and respond to wildlife vehicle collisions. Their objective is simple: To reduce injury and mortality of wildlife and people on our roads, and to encourage the implementation of wildlife-friendly road design and vehicle-collision mitigation measures.
