30 Years of Point Lepreau Bird Observatory

Join Saint John Naturalists Club in celebrating 30 years of bird research, conservation, and community at the Point Lepreau Bird Observatory (PLBO)!

Since 1995, PLBO has been monitoring seabird migration along the Bay of Fundy and connecting people with the wonder of bird migration. This milestone event will bring together past and present volunteers, partners, and friends to reflect on three decades of the observatory.

Members' Celebration Night - Saint John Naturalists Club

Join Saint John Naturalists Club for a fun and festive evening celebrating another great year of nature, learning, and community! We are looking for a few members to share short presentations (about 15 minutes each) on a favourite nature topic, project, or adventure. Please let us know if you would like to take part.

We will also enjoy a round of nature trivia and a hands-on guessing game. Bring an object from nature that you cannot identify and we will try to solve the mystery together. It could be a bird’s nest, feather, mushroom, bone, shell, or anything curious you have found outdoors.

There will also be desserts and good company as we celebrate another wonderful year together.
