A four-day virtual forum connecting feminist leaders to expand equitable leadership access through learning, dialogue, and action.
Fora’s Virtual Career & Leadership Forum, ‘Investing in a Feminist Future’, invites gender equity leaders to engage in an online experience designed to expand access to leadership and governance opportunities.

This event is open to Canadian and Global attendees. We also welcome alumni, mentors, board leaders, sector partners, and community members to join us. Over four days, virtual sessions will give attendees the opportunity to learn, connect, and engage with a community committed to advancing gender justice and building a feminist future.

Building on the impact of Fora's annual in-person Leadership Forum, this virtual edition opens the conversation to those who haven’t previously attended our in-person gatherings. We’re excited to connect with more feminist leaders and gender-equity champions.

Spanning four days, this event offers attendees interactive sessions like:

• A fireside chat with The Honourable Senator Farah Mohamed.
• A participatory workshop exploring and unpacking unconscious bias for leaders.
• An exciting report launch & panel on the gendered underemployment crisis.
• A board match event for boards to connect with board-trained young leaders.
• A personal branding and identity workshop.

As with Fora’s values, this Virtual Forum is rooted in dialogue, lived experiences, knowledge-sharing, and connection to support our community in translating feminist values and perspectives into action.
