Information Session: Feather Friendly x Bird Friendly City Window Collision Mitigation Projects

By Nature Canada

Bird–window collisions remain one of the leading human-caused threats to urban birds—but proven, scalable solutions already exist. Join us for an information session with Paul Groleau of Feather Friendly, a leader in bird-safe glass and retrofitting solutions, to explore how municipalities and community partners are successfully tackling this challenge.

This information session serves as the launching point for Feather Friendly and Nature Canada's "Product-For-Projects" model in order to provide Bird Friendly City Teams with product support and guidance in order to install and document the positive impact of Feather Friendly retrofits in your community. You don't want to miss out!

Additionally, we will highlight how Feather Friendly products and approaches can support Bird Friendly City window collision mitigation projects, from retrofits on existing buildings to integration within broader municipal conservation efforts. Paul will share practical insights, real-world examples, and lessons learned from working with cities, institutions, and community groups across Canada.
