On March 11th, 2014, Chaleur Terminals Inc. recorded and filed the Belledune Rail Terminal and Transfer System. The proposed  project will consist of the building and infrastructure required to recieve petroleum, products by rail, store it on site, and then load it on marine vessels for shipment to foreign consumers. The public was invited to make comments until May 10th, 2014. The Environmental Assessment Registration document can be found below.
