NNE: Let's Talk: Climate Change Adaptation (2)

Register to save your place and receive recordings (in some cases)!
Event Description:
Communities in New Brunswick are already experiencing the impacts of climate change. Rising sea levels, more intense storms, and warming temperatures are causing youth in New Brunswick to wonder how we can prepare for these changes. One solution is climate adaptation!
This presentation will briefly introduce students to climate change and highlight how climate adaptation can be used to address its effects. Through a series of local examples and a fun hands-on activity, students will be inspired to take climate action and start their own climate adaptation projects in their communities.
Students should have a piece of paper and pencil handy to participate in the activity.
