International Monarch Monitoring Blitz: Virtual Training Session

The International Monarch Monitoring Blitz takes place from July 29^th to August 7^th this year! Last year was a great success thanks to citizen scientists and friends of the monarch butterfly.

Nature NB is aiming to survey lots of milkweed and document plenty of monarchs, and they hope you can help them with that! You can join us on one of the many milkweed surveys we will be organizing with communities, or conduct one of your own. Nature NB will be sharing information on the International Monarch Monitoring Blitz as well as any Milkweed Surveys they host in the following days on social media.

In the meantime, you can join us for a virtual training session on Thursday, July 28 from 7:00PM – 8:00PM to learn how to document the presence of milkweed and monarchs, and how to submit them to Mission Monarch to help the scientific community save this endangered species.

Register here for the webinar on July 28th.
