Cocagne - The Pays de Cocagne Sustainable Development Group (GDDPC) invites
you to its annual meeting followed by a concert by Caroline Savoie on Sunday,
November 6, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Centre 50 in Cocagne.

Environmental project presentations and performance of "Bruits blancs"
The GDDPC will present several projects, such as the Living Shorelines, the Cocagne
Country Colors, the Shorebirds and more. The community is invited to share their
suggestions and comments for future activities. Following the AGM, there will be a
performance by singer Caroline Savoie at 3:00 pm. Snacks will be served and the bar
will be open. The meeting will be held in French.

Show description:
Inhabited by a desire for emancipation, Caroline Savoie will launch her third album
"Bruits blancs" produced by Joe Grass next fall. It is in Grande-Digue, in the heart of
Acadia where Caroline Savoie grew up, that her new songs were born during the
time of pause imposed by the pandemic. The Acadian coast is its own microcosm, an
environment that has its own history, that operates at its own pace, and it is in this
landscape that is both generous and austere, in this climate that is as calm as it is
tormented, that she realized that she does not need big fireworks to feel alive.

Everyone is welcome to attend, but only members of the GDDPC can vote at the
AGM. The annual meeting package containing the agenda, the 2021 minutes, the
2021-2022 annual report and the March 31, 2022 financial statements will be sent
to members.

The GDDPC’s mission is to facilitate citizen engagement to ensure the sustainability
of communities in the Cocagne watershed.
