Deadline to comment on the Approval to Operate for the Arauco Canada Limited wood composite products manufacturing mill

Class 1 Air Quality Operating Approval issued under the Clean Air Act

Effective December 14, 2021, the 180-day review process begins on the renewal of the Approval to Operate for the Arauco Canada Limited wood composite products manufacturing mill complex located in St. Stephen, New Brunswick.

Comments received by January 25, 2022, will be included in the interim summary made available mid-way through the 120-day comment period, which runs from December 14, 2021 to April 12, 2022.
