ResearchNB Event Ticket Refund Conditions
We understand that plans change. Please review the following conditions before purchasing your tickets:
- Up to 14 days before the event: Full refund of the ticket price.
- Between 14 days and 5 days before the event: 50% refund of the ticket price.
- Within 5 days of the event: No refunds will be issued.
Please Note:
- Tickets are fully transferable up to 5 days before the event. Please contact [email protected] to process the change with the full name, organization, email address for the replacement ticket.
- All Eventbrite ticketing and processing fees are strictly non-refundable, as per Eventbrite’s policy. Only the value of the ticket is eligible for a refund based on the timelines above.
