A Swift Night Out in Plaster Rock

By Birds Canada

Join us at Tobique Valley High School on May 27th to learn about the fascinating lives of Chimney Swifts! We will begin with a presentation inside the school at 8 PM, and then meet outside at 8:30 PM to watch as Chimney Swifts gather to whirl around the sky before they dive into the school chimney! Please register to let us know that you’re coming. We hope to see you there!

Date & Time: Wednesday, May 27th, 8-9:30 PM
Location: Tobique Valley High School, 290 Main St, Plaster Rock, NB

• Bring extra layers - it can cool off quickly as darkness falls!
• Binoculars are helpful, but not necessary for viewing.
• Swifts can take a while to enter the chimney, so you may wish to bring a blanket or lawn chair.

We will email you if we need to postpone or cancel due to bad weather. If you don't hear from us, that means the event is still happening!

Please contact Gwendolyn Clark at [email protected] if you have questions. We look forward to seeing you!
