Birding at K-Park & Bishop’s Lands with Hank Scarth

Join Saint John Naturalists Club on May 17 from 8:00–11:00 AM for a guided birding walk at K-Park & Bishop’s Lands with Hank Scarth.

This birding hotspot offers a variety of habitats, attracting warblers, woodpeckers, flycatchers, thrushes, and raptors. The nearby lagoons are also a great place to spot ducks, shorebirds, swallows, and more.

The trail has some uneven, rocky sections with slight elevation changes. Sturdy footwear is recommended. Expect to walk 3–4 km.
Meeting Point: K-Park parking lot, located on the right just after crossing the railway tracks at the start of Park Drive.

What to Bring:
   • Water
   • Sunscreen and insect spray
   • Binoculars and/or camera (loaner binoculars available)
   • Field guide
   • Layered clothing
