Seasonal Cooking Workshop

Join EOS Eco-Energy for a FREE cooking class this November! Led by culinary expert Mary Gillespie, co-owner of 'Ketchup With That' Kitchen, participants will learn how to cook 3 hearty vegetable-based dishes with in-season, local vegetables. Learn what's available in your area this time of year and how to turn it into a tasty meal, supporting local farmers and the environment!

Cost: Free!

*This workshop has limited space, and will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. A confirmation or notice email will be sent out after the registration form has been submitted to confirm your spot for the workshop. If the workshop fills up, a waiting list will be started in case of cancellations.

What will be provided:

• Hands-on teaching from an experienced local cook
• All materials and equipment
• Fresh produce and seasonings
• Notes and information about what will be learned during the workshop
• Containers to take home your creations!

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting a bit messy (aprons will also be available!)
• A notebook and pen, or any preferred method of taking notes
