The Organic Standard Review - Community Conversation is coming up!

Every five years, the Canadian Organic Standards (COS) are reviewed—and now is the time to have your say! The public consultation period is officially open, giving farmers, processors, advocates, and eaters the opportunity to weigh in on proposed updates to the standards that shape organic certification in Canada.

We’re hosting a community conversation to help demystify the review process, hear what matters most to you, and strengthen our collective voice. Whether you’re deeply involved in organic or just curious, your perspective counts. Let’s make sure these standards reflect the needs and realities of our community!

She has been wearing the Working Group Chair's hat for Crop Production leading the working groups addressing the many petitions submitted to the Canadian Organic Standards 2025 Review.
