Deadline to Provide Comments on Draft Direct Air CO2 Capture and Geological Storage Federal Offset Protocol

Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has published the preliminary draft Direct Air Carbon Dioxide Capture and Geological Storage (DACCS) federal offset protocol for public comment. We welcome the submission of written comments to [email protected] before the end of the 60-day public comment period on March 28th, 2025.

Webinars will be held on February 19th, 2025, to provide a high-level overview of the preliminary draft DACCS protocol and answer questions. Registration prior to the event is mandatory, through the following links:
