 ng event on Wednesday\, June 5\, 2024\, at 9:00 a.m. at the Grande-Digue N
 ature Reserve.
 
 25 Years of Biodiversity in Pays de Cocagne
 
 The G
 DDPC is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year\, and we want to celebr
 ate the richness of nature by planting around twenty different species of 
 trees and shrubs in the Grande-Digue Nature Reserve. June 5th is World Env
 ironment Day and also Clean Air Day. New flowerbeds will be created\, and 
 nearly 100 plants will be put into the ground to beautify the entrance of 
 the reserve: oaks\, beech\, elm\, hazelnuts\, aronias\, elderberries\, map
 les\, etc. Thanks to trees and shrubs\, animals and humans can breathe\, f
 eed\, heal\, and furthermore\, trees help prevent soil erosion and store c
 arbon in the soil. Seventh and eighth-grade students from Grande-Digue Sch
 ool will assist us with the planting\, and you are also invited to join.

  
 We have some shovels\, gloves\, and plants\, but if you can\, please b
 ring your own shovel. Please contact the GDDPC if you are interested in pa
