NatureTalks Webinar: Pause with Nature

Many people are looking for a natural way to reduce stress and enhance their well-being. Research shows that natural settings such as parks, wilderness areas, urban green spaces and gardens can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and can restore our attention, while countering the mental fatigue that today’s urban and sensory-filled environments cause.

The Nature Conservancy of Canada is partnering with like-minded community organizations to break down stigmas and barriers that people face when wanting to get outdoors. Industry leaders will help you explore what nature can do for your mental health. You will be inspired to incorporate nature into your life for your mental and physical well-being and leave equipped with the tools to do so.
