Class 1 Air Quality Operating Approval issued under the Clean Air Act

Effective March 16, 2020, the Interim Summary of Issues and Responses, as well as a draft approval is available regarding the renewal of the Approval to Operate for the Irving Oil Refinery in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Please note that the “Interim Summary” takes into consideration comments which were received by February 5. This is also a reminder that the 120-day public comment period regarding this facility ends on May 15.
