Fracking: Who Benefits?

Public Information Sessions on the process of hydraulic fracturing to be held in Hillsborough, Elgin and Sussex. Rural communities in southeast NB will be impacted if the Higgs government lifts the moratorium on fracking.What do we need to know about the process, risks, benefits? What changes might this bring to our communities?
